How long does a typical carpet cleaning take?

Most three-bedroom homes take 90 minutes to two hours. We schedule only two to three jobs a day so we never rush a carpet.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?

Yes. Our standard pre-treat is pet and child safe once dry, and we offer fully eco-friendly options on request.

How long until my carpet is dry?

Typically four to six hours with our hot water extraction setup. We open windows and run fans during the visit to speed it up.

Do you move furniture?

We move light furniture (chairs, end tables, light sofas). For heavy pieces we clean around them. Let us know in advance and we will plan the room.
